Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales and Marketing professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the luxury hotel sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and drive sales. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of French and Arabic is a bonus. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact within a respected brand.

Qualifications

Job Description
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
  • Research and analyze sales options
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
  • Build and maintain professional networks
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with at least 2 years of experience in the sales and marketing in a 5-star luxury hotels.
  • Knowledge of local market and with hospitality background.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
  • Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • English proficiency is a must. French and Arabic is a plus
  • Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
