Qualifications

Sales Executive (B2B SaaS) – Workplace Safety Management Software

UAE | Base: AED 4,500/month + Uncapped Commission

We are an international health and safety management company who has recently expanded into the UAE to provide our bespoke workplace management platform to prospective customers in the middle east. Our system helps organisations digitise safety workflows (inspections, incidents, actions, compliance, reporting, competency management and asset management) and improve audit readiness and operational safety performance. We sell to all types of organisations—from SMEs to multi‑site enterprises—across construction, manufacturing, logistics, facilities, retail, hospitality, education, and more.

As our Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and selling a high‑value, practical safety management solution to decision‑makers across the UAE. This is a hands‑on “hunter‑closer” role suited to someone who enjoys building pipeline, running demos, and converting opportunities into paying customers.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
New Business Development
  • Identify, target and win new customers across the UAE
  • Prospect through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events and partner channels
  • Qualify leads and run structured discovery calls to uncover pain points and buying triggers
Consultative Selling & Closing
  • Deliver product demonstrations (online and in‑person) and tailor the pitch to each client’s environment
  • Build proposals and commercial offers (monthly/annual subscriptions + implementation/add‑ons)
  • Lead negotiations and close deals; ensure clean handover to implementation/customer success
Pipeline & Forecasting
  • Keep CRM updated with accurate notes, next steps, and deal stages
  • Maintain a weekly pipeline report and forecast (won/lost reasons included)
  • Consistently hit activity targets (outreach, meetings, demos) and revenue targets
Account Growth Support
  • Identify upsell opportunities (Enterprise users, add‑ons, setup packages, etc)
  • Support renewals and expansion handoffs where needed
What we offer
  • Base salary: AED 4,500/month + commission (uncapped)
  • Commission structure (new business):
  • 10% of first‑year contract value for deals you source and close
  • 5% of first‑year contract value for deals you source where a founder closes
  • Commission payment timing: paid 60 days after customer payment is received (net of VAT/refunds)

Skills
Requirements
  • Must have proven 2+ years B2B sales experience in the UAE or GCC (software/SaaS preferred)
  • Strong outbound prospecting ability
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders such as HSE, Management, Operations, Facilities, HR, Compliance and Quality
  • Baseline knowledge of workplace safety
  • Ability to run discovery, handle objections and close deals
  • Strong English Spoken & Written - Arabic is advantageous.
  • UAE visa preferred. Sponsorship available after probation for the right candidate.
Desirables
  • Nebosh International General Certificate
  • Experience selling safety or related B2B platforms
  • Existing HSE / facilities / construction networks
