Job summary

A global hospitality leader in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Executive to identify business opportunities and develop client relationships. You will promote hotel services, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant sales experience in the hospitality sector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships.
  • Knowledge of local and regional market trends in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key accounts.
  • Promote hotel rooms, event space, catering services, and other facilities to potential clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the hotel’s products, services, rates, and packages.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of local and regional market trends in hospitality is a plus.
