The Sales Enablement Lead is a key member of the Growth & Development function, playing an integral role in driving strategic growth across Wood. This position is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive sales enablement plan that empowers customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional value and achieve business objectives.

The role focuses on creating impactful, brand-compliant sales materials and resources tailored to multiple sectors, ensuring alignment with Wood’s overall business strategy and market growth priorities. By enabling sales and technical teams with the right tools, content, and training, the Sales Enablement Lead helps improve win rates, strengthen client engagement, and accelerate revenue growth.

Knowledge, skills and experience :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar sales enablement, business development, communications or marketing role, preferably within the energyindustry, but not critical.
  • Experience with Sales Enablement platforms such as Showpad is preferable.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of regional enablement initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of customer value propositions, market dynamics, and internal / external stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proofreading and editing capability.
