Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and recruitment teams in a dynamic manpower supply company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments while assisting in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements (quantity, job roles, nationalities, timelines, etc.).
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and labor supply contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, requirements, and manpower deployment.
  • Track and managing documentation including job orders and deployment schedules.
  • Liaise with recruitment, operations, and PRO teams to ensure timely mobilization of workers.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback logs.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and renewals of existing contracts.
  • Manage communication between sales, recruitment, and client coordination teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely updates and after-service support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
