Job Description:

TECH Automation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Service Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities, supporting customers with technical solutions, and providing after-sales service across various industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell automation products and solutions to industrial clients
  • Provide technical support, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities within industrial sectors
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the internal team
  • Attend site visits, inspections, and project meetings as required
  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related field)
  • Min 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably inInstrumentation,Automation, and Control
  • Experience in sales in Industries like Marine, Oil & Gas, Food, Power, Pharmaceuticals and other industries.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, control systems, and instrumentation products
  • Knowledge of Hazardous Area / ATEX products and marine applications/certifications will be an edge
  • Proven experience in industrial projects such as Oil & Gas, Marine, Food & Beverage (F&B), and other industrial sectors
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE as required
