First Class Sailor - Maritime Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced First Class Sailor to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Maritime Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ships.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ships, including engines, navigation equipment, and safety systems.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust course as needed to ensure safe navigation.
• Maintain accurate records of all ship activities, including cargo loading and unloading.
• Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols.
• Train and supervise crew members on proper ship procedures and emergency protocols.
• Communicate with onshore personnel to coordinate ship operations.

Requirements:
