A leading technology company in the UAE is looking for a Revenue Enablement & Coaching Manager to enhance performance within Sales and Customer Success teams. The role focuses on onboarding new hires, developing training programs, and driving best practices across teams. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales enablement or customer success coaching.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Design sales playbooks for various sales processes.
  • Deliver training programs for consistency and readiness.
