Responsibilities
  • Manage overall retail operations across assigned stores.
  • Monitor store performance, sales targets, and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.
  • Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and store standards.
  • Develop strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Report to senior management with performance insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years’ experience in retail management (kids’ fashion or apparel preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
