Job summary

A leading retail curation company is seeking a Retail Curation Specialist in Dubai to curate iconic shopping experiences for top events. The role demands at least three years of experience in retail curation or event management, strong vendor networks, and compliance knowledge in the UAE. You will closely work with a dynamic team to manage vendors effectively, negotiate terms, and ensure seamless execution. This is a full-time role based in the office with exciting opportunities to shape retail activations.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in retail curation, brand partnerships or event management.
• Strong vendor network across fashion, lifestyle and artisanal retail.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Experience working with compliance, contracts and retail regulations in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Curate the Retail Mix: Source and standout vendors that align with the event's concept, theme and target audience.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Develop relationships with local boutiques, international brands and niche concept stores.
• Negotiate & Manage Secure: Favourable vendor terms, pricing structures, and exclusivity where applicable.
• Deliver Seamless Execution: Oversee vendor set-up, merchandising flow, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure Compliance: Manage contracts, licensing and regulations for all retail activations.
• Create Great Guest Experiences: Ensure vendors offer quality products, exceptional service and interactive touchpoints.
• Monitor & Improve: Track performance, gather feedback and use insights to enhance future retail experiences.
