A prestigious hotel group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Restaurants Supervisor - Food & Beverage to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service. Candidates should possess a Degree in Hospitality Management and 2-5 years of relevant F&B experience. The role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff and manage operational targets efficiently. The Restaurants Supervisor - Food & Beverage supports the efficient operation of hotel F&B outlets by ensuring exceptional guest service, effective team management, and achievement of financial and operational targets in line with voco Hotel standards.

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in hotel or restaurant Food & Beverage operations. Prior supervisory experience is an advantage. Familiarity with hotel POS systems and inventory management. Excellent command of the English language. Strong knowledge of food and beverages. Passion for delivering high‑quality guest service. Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
