Job description

Reporting to the Director of Renewals EMEA – The Maintenance/Renewal Account Executive works closely with Contracts Administration, Account Directors – Sales, and other peers in the account team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own, drive and manage the renewal process for assigned customers in collaboration with the broader account team.
  • Actively engage with key decision-makers within customer organisations to identify customer roadblocks and ensure on-time commitments.
  • Maintain and report an accurate 90-day rolling forecast of renewals.
  • Identify customer goals and negotiate/execute renewal contracts that align with those goals.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer growth while protecting and enhancing the relationship.
  • Communicate risk clearly and lead resolution strategies, escalating when appropriate.
  • Proactively identify areas of process improvement and efficiency.
Skills & Experience Required
  • University degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in Renewals, Customer Service or Sales in a fast‑paced environment (preferably technology)
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proactive approach, strong attention to organisation, time management and detail-oriented capabilities.
  • Skills in discovery, negotiation and closing that allow for value‑based contract negotiations at all levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English.
  • Team‑player with positive attitude and proven ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the company.
  • Experience using CRM (especially Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
