Job Title: Regional Sales Manager- Mid Market
Location: Dubai, UAE - Remote
Our Department: AECO, Sales, Construction Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager-Mid Market for our Construction division at Trimble in Dubai to look after Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Pakistan areas. In this role, you will directly report to the Regional Area Director.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing sales activities with mid-market clients. You will effectively communicate the comprehensive value of Trimble’s AECO portfolio and coordinate internal and partner resources to achieve customer success and revenue goals. You must be an excellent communicator, well-organized, creative, and capable of negotiating with C-level executives within our customer and prospect base.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Execute the go-to-market strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering their growth and development. Provide guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the construction market.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Trimble’s products and those of its competitors.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reporting metrics, including sales opportunity pipeline, sales forecasts, and Salesforce productivity information.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, and provide feedback to the sales leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of marketing programs with overall sales objectives.
  • Manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities.
  • Develop various targeted market segments and strategies for account acquisition and expansion.
What Skills and Experience You Should Bring
  • Extensive knowledge of the construction and/or AEC industries, preferably in the $100m+ market space.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Sales role with a proven track record.
  • Good leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively, transmit information accurately, and seek feedback actively.
  • Ability to effectively engage with high-level executives both internally and externally.
  • Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning, and execution.Excellent time management, decision-making, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver revenue results in the short term while working on long-term projects.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, if needed.
  • Experience in a SaaS company is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
