A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to enhance their HR team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of UAE-based recruitment experience in the construction industry, proficient in platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Bayt. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, assisting with onboarding, and collaborating with hiring managers. This full-time role offers a salary range of AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably in construction.
  • Proven experience with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Bayt.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings to verify candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Hiring Managers regarding candidate selection.
  • Arrange interviews and manage schedules.
  • Assist in issuing offer letters and contracts post-interview.
  • Support onboarding processes as needed.
  • Complete other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR manager.

You will play a key role in managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring efficient hiring of talent to support our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.

  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with Hiring Managers to align on candidate selection and interview schedules.
  • Arrange interviews and manage the interview schedules.

  • Provide support for onboarding processes as needed.
  • Complete other HR‑related tasks assigned by the HR manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
