Overview

The Role Our client is a well established broad based contingency recruitment consultancy that is looking to grow again starting with an experienced Consultant. They have an excellent reputation in the market, and a long list of existing clients with signed terms of business in place. They are properly set up with the correct recruitment and executive search trade license (not an HR Consultancy one) and are renowned for integrity and professionalism in everything they do. The potential for career growth with this company is huge with GM possibilities for the right person but right now they need a consultant who can bring business with them as well as close the existing positions that are available to them from day one. Responsibilities
  • Bring business with them and close existing positions from day one.
  • Help re-establish the brand and contribute to growth to exceed potential.
  • Support long-term growth and be willing to work hard at the start to help the company achieve its potential.
Requirements
  • You must have at least 3 years recruitment consultant experience in the UAE on the agency side not in house
  • You will need to demonstrate competency based interview techniques often face to face rather than online
  • You must be a hands on type of person with a can do attitude.
  • You will need to prove your ability to manage a busy desk with multiple roles all needing attention at once
  • You will need to be adept at conducting face to face client meetings with the ability to negotiate the best terms of business and maximize the number of jobs being offered by each client.
  • You will need to prove your business development skills and explain exactly how you find new clients.
  • Reputation is everything in recruitment so the new consultant must be a strong cultural fit with the ethos and working practices of our client.
Compensation
  • Initially they are offering commission only remuneration, with a high percentage value of the revenue generated by the consultant.
  • Later, a basic salary plus a reduced commission level can be offered as well as full sponsorship, health care etc.
