Job summary

A real estate development company in Dubai is looking for a professional Receptionist & Administrative Assistant. The role involves greeting visitors, managing office communications, and providing administrative support to various teams. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Arabic and have prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within UAE real estate. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in receptionist and/or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate procedures and terminology.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, maintain a professional reception area.
  • Organize contracts and agreements using the company CRM system.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts and Sales teams.

Job Title: Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Senior Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented receptionist and administrative assistant to join our real estate development company. As the first point of contact, you will help create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors, while providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls and emails, and maintain a professional reception area
  • Organize contracts, agreements, and property listings using the company CRM system
  • Schedule meetings, property viewings, and open house events
  • Assist with uploading property advertisements and supporting marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with DLD/RERA requirements, including Oqood registrations and title deed processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts team with bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team
Requirements
  • English & Arabic speaker ( bilingual proficiency )
  • Previous experience in receptionist and/or administrative roles
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate procedures and terminology
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
  • Prior UAE real estate experience preferred; knowledge of DLD systems is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners preferred
Education & Experience
