Job Title: Health, Fitness and Beauty Receptionist

Job Type: Full-time [6 Days a Week 8 hours daily]

Location: BODY TIME, Business Bay, Office 1810, Dubai

Salary: Competitive, based on experience [AED 12K to 24K]

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Health, Fitness and Beauty Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing the reception area, and providing administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients as they arrive, ensuring that they feel comfortable and at ease
  • Schedule appointments for our health, fitness and beauty services and products
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team member
  • Respond to inquiries from clients about our health, fitness and beauty products and services
  • Process payments and manage client accounts
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that our clients receive a seamless and exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the health, fitness or beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the health, fitness and/or beauty industry is a plus
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other office equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for health, fitness and beauty, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
