Responsibilities
- Generating client leads to finance a real estate property.
- Counseling customer on market conditions, rates, prices, and mortgages.
- Developing a competitive market price by comparing with other banks.
- Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
- Building a client case, with all required documents as per ADIB approved TM / RAC.
- Finalizing deals with customers for signing facility offer letters, mortgage contracts and other related documents.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Solid understanding of the available real estate products and variances.
- Strong understanding of CRM and sales tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Able to calculate a customer’s net worth and build a strong case for credit underwriting.
- Able to calculate customer eligibility based on the risk weightage components and prepare different amortization schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring and maintaining a positive client experience.
- Ensure all legal and contractual obligations are met during property transactions.
- Constantly follow up with credit and operations on pipeline cases.
- Follow up with valuation company for the valuation report.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and drive to excel in the competitive real estate market.
- Drive business growth and new sales acquisitions pertaining to Real Estate Finance.
- Work closely with the head of Sales to cascade sales targets and sales achievement.
- Adhere to approved TM / RAC and ADIB policy.
- Maintain a special customer experience.
- Maintain real estate accounts.
- Take ownership of pipeline cases and promptly follow up to finalize the overall transaction.
- Adhere to HR controls, procedures, and policy.
- Ensure all communications are professionally and promptly addressed.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role :
- Bachelor's degree in business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
- 8 - 10 years relevant experience in the banking sector.
- Understand Real Estate market / industry dynamics and key drivers of change in market conditions.
- Proven sales record and driving sales success.
- Good knowledge of UAE Banking practices, regulations, and risks.
- Good planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
- MIS Skills
- Good knowledge in risk weightage components, amortization schedules, real estate market & relevant products.
- Time management skills.
- PC literate with exceptional analytical skills
