The Role

Guildhall, on behalf of our esteemed client in the Real Estate Investment sector, is seeking a driven and skilled Real Estate Investment Associate to join their Real Estate Investment Division. Reporting directly to the Investment Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in sourcing high-value real estate investment opportunities, managing transactions, and driving asset sales. You will contribute to the growth of a leading player in the industry by identifying profitable ventures and supporting the full investment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Investment Opportunities
  • Research and identify real estate investment opportunities in line with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and other stakeholders to generate leads.
  • Conduct initial property evaluations, including market analysis, to assess potential profitability.
• Financial Analysis & Due Diligence
  • Assist in preparing financial models, investment appraisals, and feasibility studies for potential deals.
  • Support the due diligence process by gathering financial, legal, and property-related data.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, technical) to ensure all aspects of investments are thoroughly vetted.
• Deal Execution
  • Support the Investment Manager in negotiating favorable terms for acquisitions.
  • Assist in managing the transaction process from initial offer through closing.
• Asset Sales & Disposition
  • Help identify and execute the sale of real estate assets to maximize returns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies for asset sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and brokers to drive sales.
• Market Research & Reporting
  • Stay updated on local and international real estate trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and investors, outlining investment performance, market conditions, and potential opportunities.
