Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai seeks a Quality Assurance Auditor to ensure compliance with quality standards and codes across various sites. You will conduct QA audits, report on quality issues to the Project Manager, and support corrective actions to improve project performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA and knowledge of construction specifications, ensuring a focus on quality in project execution.

Job description

Performs QA audits (internal and/or external) reviews surveillances and follow-ups on multiple sites on a weekly basis ensuring Contractors team complies with all applicable codes specifications approved method statements inspection test plans and construction drawings as well as carrying out snagging and de-snagging reviews

Identifies and reports to the Project Manager on quality issues or trends based on data from a variety of sources and present monthly KPI dashboard

Supports implementation of appropriate corrective action to quality issues. Assessing of Contractor technical submittals of PQPs MS & ITPs Material Test Reports and NCRs

Provides input to QM on projects performance metrics and process or procedural system improvements.

Coordinates Lessons Learnt process for the Project following up Project personnel and reporting accordingly.

Participates in Quality Meetings

Assumes additional responsibilities as directed by the respective Manager

Apply related statistical techniques to measure the healthiness of the project in terms of Quality and report the findings on regular basis.
