JOB TITLE: PVC FABRICATOR

About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client we are looking for a competentskilled and experienced PVC Fabricator to work in UAE.

Job Summary:

To carry out fabrication site works to the required specification and standards per customer demand.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for cutting all pipes fittings and sheets in required angle and alignment.

Responsible for gluing/jointing cleaning of various components in fabrication process.

Do the welding using PVC/HOPE welding rod.

Perform additional functions incidental to data entry activities knowledge to understand the Isometric drawings spool shapes and functions.

Perform GRP lamination work as per required specification on fabricated fittings and spools.

Perform joint work on site.

Adheres to HSE guidelines.

Performs other tasks as assigned.

Build-up of all epoxy & ISO resin flanges experience in handling GRP adhesives.

Experience in GRP pipe fittings and baskets cutting & grinding activities with Diamond cutters and grinders.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years relevant fabrication work experience preferably plastic pipes and fittings in construction or manufacturing environment

Fabrication works experience in plastic pipes and fittings environment.

Ability to understand pipes and fittings specification drawings.

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Good creative skill

Acceptable English verbal communication
