Qualifications

• A Degree in Engineering sciences, Construction or related field.
• Previous experience in Real Estate is mandatory.
• Ability to converse in English at a professional working proficiency level.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Discuss and align space requirements with customer (BUs/Departments)
• Align with customers (BUs/Departments) on mid and long-term real estate requirements
• Local tenant / landlord relationship management
• Negotiate external rental contracts according to threshold matrix and support RE Regional Management
• Fulfill terms and conditions of lease agreements
• Evaluate and manage local EHS risks and ensure legally compliant operations
• Carry out all internal procedures and approvals
• Update databases/portfolio/tools within the company
