About this vacancy

We are seeking a reliable, proactive professional with experience in international procurement, foreign trade operations, and cooperation with overseas partners. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and leadership skills, capable of building and managing a team and ensuring operational control. Experience in trading companies, import departments, or representative offices of international brands will be a significant advantage. We value candidates who can negotiate confidently, represent the company at exhibitions, deliver business presentations, promote services and case studies, and act on behalf of top management in certain business matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the operations of the procurement and logistics departments.
  • Participate in the launch of new business directions and development of ongoing company projects.
  • Act as a team lead in project-based activities.
  • Conduct negotiations and business meetings with clients and partners, both in office and offsite.
  • Represent the company at international and regional exhibitions, deliver presentations and reports.
  • Collect, analyze, and structure data, prepare analytical reports and business proposals.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal business processes.
  • Assist in the and onboarding of new employees.
  • Support the CEO in executing special projects and assignments.
  • Business trips, including international travel (e.g., to Turkey) for client meetings and operational tasks.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Russian
  • Fluent in English – C1 or higher
  • Proven experience in procurement, international supply chains, and foreign trade (FEC)
  • Background in international companies, trading organizations, or official representative offices
  • Understanding of supply chain processes, documentation flow, and payment control
  • Experience preparing presentations, reports, and analytical materials for clients and management
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
  • High-level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism
  • Presentable appearance, flexibility, and result orientation
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
