Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior fitout projects to oversee end-to-end project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for planning execution monitoring and closing projects while ensuring cost control quality and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple fitout projects from initiation to completion.
  

• Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation.
  

• Monitor project progress budget and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  

• Coordinate with consultants subcontractors suppliers and clients.
  

• Ensure compliance with company standards safety regulations and local authority requirements.
  

• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
  

• Handle risk management problem-solving and conflict resolution on-site.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
  

• Minimum 7 10 years of proven experience in managing fitout/interior projects in the UAE.
  

• Strong knowledge of fitout processes materials and local regulations.
  

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  

• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD.
  

• Fluent in English & Hindi.
  

• Immediate joiners preferred.
