Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Banking / Cards domain
• Strong hands‑on experience with Vision PLUS migration or implementation
• In-depth understanding of: Card lifecycle (issuance, authorization, settlement)
• BIN migration, card plastics, embossing, and personalization
• Experience managing vendors and card processors
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Waterfall project management
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation or core system migration
• Exposure to multiple card platforms (VisionPLUS, Way4, TSYS, FirstVision)
