IT Project Manager

Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi (4 days per week on-site, 1 day remote)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in IT relationship management to join our team in Al Ain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to scope
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
• Act as the primary IT interface with business units, vendors, and senior stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Drive alignment between IT delivery and business objectives through effective communication and expectation management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and resolve issues proactively

Requirements:

• 7+ years of IT project management experience (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification highly desirable)
• Proven track record in IT relationship management / IT business partnering
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience dealing with senior leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
• Experience in the UAE/GCC region preferred
• Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) the Al Ain / Abu Dhabi area
