Overview

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and communications company, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Specialist to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICT projects, including network deployments, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (1–3 years of experience) who are eager to develop their expertise in project management within a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist senior project managers in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of ICT projects.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Contribute to the development of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies, using standard project management tools.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, risk registers, and project plans.
  • Tracking & Monitoring: Track project performance against key metrics to ensure successful delivery of objectives within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Support effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying risks, monitoring issues, and supporting mitigation strategies.
  • Process Adherence: Learn and apply Huawei’s standardized project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in project management or ICT-related roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
