Project Engineer - Landscape

We are hiring a Project Engineer - Landscape for a leading company in Sharjah!

Position Overview

The Project Engineer – Landscape is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising landscape construction projects from start to completion. This role ensures all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing landscape projects.
• Review and interpret landscape drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and the internal project team.
• Supervise site activities including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, soil preparation, and planting works.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Support procurement by identifying material requirements and coordinating deliveries.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship standards.
• Resolve technical issues and propose on-site solutions.
• Assist in preparing As-Built drawings and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in landscape or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of softscape and hardscape works.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and horticulture is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical drawings and site layouts.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and manage multiple sites.
