We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Control Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our project management organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning execution and delivery of complex projects across various industries.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project control systems including cost estimates budgets and schedules
• Monitor project progress analyze variances and provide timely reports to stakeholders
• Implement and oversee cost control measures to optimize project performance and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Conduct regular project reviews and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain project documentation including change orders and contract modifications
• Provide expert guidance on project control methodologies and best practices to team members
• Analyze project data to identify trends opportunities for improvement and lessons learned
• Assist in the development of project proposals and bid packages

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project controls with a focus on cost and schedule management
• Proven expertise in cost engineering cost estimating control and analysis
• Strong background in planning and scheduling schedule development control and analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Experience working on international projects preferably in the Middle East region
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Professional certification in project management or related field (e.g. PMP CCP) is a plus
