The ideal candidate will support the CEO in managing key strategic initiatives, coordinating projects, and handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist the CEO in managing, coordinating, and tracking the progress of various projects. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with necessary resources.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research to support decision‑making, prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for CEO review.
- Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external communication directed at the CEO. Draft emails, memos, and other written communication.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring easy access and proper filing for tracking and reference.
- Cross‑functional Support: Assist in coordinating communication between departments and facilitate the flow of information, ensuring projects are on track.
- Event Coordination: Help organize internal and external events, including board meetings, client calls, and group‑wide events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, management, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other digital tools for communication and project management (e.g., Slack, Trello).
- Ability to work meticulously with attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges as the organization grows and evolves.
- Experience: 0‑2 years of experience in an administrative, project management, or business support role.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and internships are welcome to apply.
- Additional Skills: Prior experience with project management software or in a fast‑paced business environment is a plus.
- Proficient in English and German language.
