Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Manager to own a meaningful part of the webook.
com customer experience and help shape how that area evolves.
You will lead a cross functional squad and also bring a strategy muscle that helps us make better bets, connect day to day execution to longer term outcomes, and raise the bar on how we think about product.
As a Product Manager, you will lead discovery and delivery for your area, keep the roadmap focused, and ship improvements with a high quality bar.
You will also contribute to product strategy by setting a clear direction and aligning stakeholders around the why.

What You’ll Own
Own a high impact product area or journey and lead your squad to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
Set a clear direction for your area, make smart bets, and raise the quality of product thinking through evidence based decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the problem space end to end: Think customer needs, market context, competitive landscape, constraints, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Set direction for your area and turn it into a focused roadmap: clear narrative, clear bets, clear sequencing, and explicit tradeoffs tied to company goals.
  • Lead discovery and decision making using evidence: research, data, and experimentation where needed to de-risk and validate.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to shape solutions, define crisp outcomes, and deliver in valuable increments with strong day to day execution.
  • Hold a high quality bar from build to launch: acceptance criteria, testing approach, launch readiness, and smooth cross functional rollout.
  • Measure results post launch, drive continuous improvement, and lead clear stakeholder communication while raising the bar through strong product thinking and informal coaching.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in product management or adjacent roles, with clear evidence of end to end ownership in a cross functional product squad.
  • Experience in a consumer marketplace or other high frequency transaction product is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery from problem framing to shipped outcomes, working closely with Engineering and Design.
  • Strong product judgment: you prioritize well, make tradeoffs explicit, and place smart bets backed by evidence.
  • Data and user insight fluency: you can define what to measure, interpret results, and iterate based on learning.
  • Clear communication and influence with technical and non technical partners.
  • Familiarity with product tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, or similar.
