Overview

Manage kitchen sections, ensure food quality, supervise junior chefs, assist in menu development, maintain health and safety standards, support kitchen operations, and contribute to culinary training and innovation. Roles include Chef De Partie, Sous Chef, Pastry & Bakery, and related kitchen positions with responsibilities across food preparation, hygiene, inventory, and team leadership. Locations include Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen sections, ensure food preparation standards, supervise staff, maintain hygiene, and support menu development and inventory control.
  • Oversee dish preparation, collaborate on seasonal menus, train junior staff, and maintain hygiene standards while ensuring food safety compliance.
  • Produce high-quality pastry and bakery items, collaborate with the Pastry Chef, maintain kitchen hygiene, and lead staff development.
  • Assist senior chefs in food preparation, manage inventory, demonstrate teamwork, and develop culinary skills.
  • Prepare and present pastries, supervise junior staff, ensure quality control, and maintain kitchen standards.
  • Lead culinary teams in menu development, ensure food safety compliance, manage inventory, train staff, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead chocolate and pastry production, ensure quality and compliance, and manage a skilled kitchen team.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Pastry Arts or relevant culinary qualifications; proven experience in pastry, bakery, or culinary operations.
