Job description

We are seeking a skilled and licensed physiotherapist with DHA eligibility and experience in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) to join our healthcare team. The physiotherapist will work with patients to help them overcome physical limitations caused by injury, illness, or other medical conditions. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide physiotherapy services with a focus on manual lymphatic drainage for patients in need of such treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities, limitations, and needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their assessment and evaluation results, using manual lymphatic drainage techniques where appropriate
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual lymphatic drainage, massage therapy, exercises, and other techniques as appropriate
• Monitor and record patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about the benefits and limitations of physiotherapy treatments and provide advice on how to manage their condition at home
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care for patients
• Adhere to professional standards, regulations, and ethics in all aspects of patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment and progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends in physiotherapy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in physiotherapy from a recognized institution
• Valid DHA eligibility and license to practice as a physiotherapist in the UAE
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in physiotherapy, with a focus on manual lymphatic drainage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
