The Role

Provide frontline passenger support in line with Skyports terminal experience for our air operator partners. This customer-facing role ensures smooth passenger experiences from check-in through boarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide frontline passenger support and assistance
  • Conduct passenger validation and verification
  • Handle passenger enquiries and requests professionally
  • Check-in Operations: Process flight check-in procedures
  • Collect and verify baggage and passenger weights
  • Confirm passenger compliance with prohibited items policy
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate passenger records
  • Process passenger documentation and requirements
  • Coordinate with other vertiport staff as required
About You
  • Experience in aviation (preferred), hospitality, or transportation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Multilingual abilities advantageous (Arabic Preferred)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer proficiency
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
