Partnerships Executive – Engagement
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Partnerships Executive – Engagement to join our team at Landmark Group. In this role, you will support the Partnerships Manager in managing and growing partnerships across Loyalty, Gift Cards, and Payments throughout the GCC region. You’ll play a key role in partner coordination, campaign execution, and operational support, contributing directly to revenue growth and long-term partner success.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management & Growth
- Support Partnerships Managers in retaining and expanding relationships with partners across multiple sectors.
- Contribute to revenue growth through partnership formats such as Points Earn & Burn, Points Exchange, Member Deals & Offers, and Brand Campaigns.
- Assist in identifying and approaching new partners while nurturing existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner stakeholders to drive engagement.
- Conduct research, prepare sector fact-books, and competitor studies to identify opportunities.
Campaigns & Marketing
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to deliver tactical campaigns, offers, and promotions.
- Prepare campaign briefs for Marketing & Insights teams, ensuring alignment with partner goals.
- Track and report campaign performance, highlighting ROI and recommendations.
Operational Support
- Act as a liaison between Landmark brands, partners, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of loyalty benefits and offers.
- Manage third-party vendors for updated content, reporting, reconciliations, and customer support.
- Assist in onboarding new partners, including technical setup, system integration, and launch planning.
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, invoicing, POs, and payment follow-ups.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on key partnership performance metrics, including sales and redemptions.
- Support quarterly business reviews with data, insights, and presentations showcasing ROI.
- Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting with relevant inputs.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, loyalty, or marketing (preferably within retail, e-commerce, or payments).
- Strong coordination and relationship management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in campaign execution, partner management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution excellence.
