Position: Part-Time Chief Executive Officer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Commitment: Up to 20 hours per week, flexible within 08:00–14:00 UAE time

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership for a cacao farming and trading venture with operations in the Philippines. The CEO will focus on business management, international sales, and risk management. The detailed scope of responsibilities will be finalised in consultation with the board during the initial meeting.

Skills

• 5–10 years of proven senior leadership experience
• Strong track record in multinational trading (agriculture or commodities preferred)
• Expertise in risk management and driving sales growth
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Filipino is an advantage
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
