We have an exciting opportunity for you as Outlets Manager to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina in our All Day Dining and Lobby Loung / Bar.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations.
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
• Recruit, manage, train and develop the restaurant team.
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll.
• Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
• Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team.
• Accountable for monthly stock takes.
• Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated.
• Be environmentally aware.
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader with the ability to positively coach and motivate the team to success. Ideally, the candidate would have minimum 2 years experiences in a similar role in a 5 star hotel; able to handle multi‑national team; strong in HACCP procedures and application; exposure to outlet opening; exposure to a wide variety of outlets. The position requires high organization skill; highly motivated; focus on training and developing staff member; good administration skill.
