In this role, you will leverage your exceptional sales skills to drive business growth through engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our high-quality mattress products effectively. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market footprint and enhancing our customer relationships, embodying the Sealy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to attract new clients and increase sales volume.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers across various sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback for promotional strategies.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and market conditions to management.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the home furniture or bedding industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Self-starter with a motivated approach to achieving goals.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
