The selected candidate will play a vital role in enhancing our presence in the UAE leading a passionate team of sales professionals to drive growth and execute our sales strategies effectively.


Responsibilities
  • Establish and enforce outdoor sales targets across the UAE ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of outdoor sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Forge strong relationships with clients across various sectors and identify opportunities for partnership.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance market conditions and team achievements to the management team.
  • Coordinate training sessions to elevate the skill set of the outdoor sales team and enhance performance outcomes.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in outdoor sales ideally with a focus in the furniture or mattress sectors.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with an ability to connect with diverse clientele.
  • Strong business acumen and a knack for developing comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to drive informed sales decisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with other departments effectively.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Aged between 28 to 40 years.
  • Must be of Egyptian or Indian nationality.
