Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Bespoke Residences and Holiday Homes in Dubai, ensuring seamless guest experiences, high service standards, and operational efficiency across all properties. This role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage multi-site teams, property readiness, housekeeping, maintenance, guest relations, and compliance with DTCM regulations. The Operations Manager will drive continuous improvement, enhance profitability, and uphold brand standards in every aspect of the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily operations across multiple holiday home units.
  • Ensure all properties meet cleanliness, safety, and quality standards before guest check-in.
  • Oversee guest relations and resolve service issues to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and third-party vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory, linen, supplies, and maintenance logs.
  • Ensure compliance with local tourism and licensing regulations (e.g., DTCM).
  • Implement SOPs and operational strategies to optimize efficiency and cost control.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate operations staff.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Reservations, and Finance teams to ensure cohesive workflow and revenue goals are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
