Overview

JD:

To provide the necessary support to the sales team by issuing sales related documentation and facilitate communication between sales representatives. To help the company grow by improving sales process and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Work Order Issuance (ACM & Coated Coil)
• Creating and Releasing Work Orders: Initiating, updating, and closing production work orders to ensure production targets are met.
• Issuing Approved documentation of Work Orders to all departments.
• Reviewing daily production plan to ensure work orders are accurately released.

• Assist in following documentation as required by HOD
• Quotation Issuance
• Proforma Invoice Issuance
• Tax Invoice Issuance

Salary: AED 5,000/-
