Operating Partner, Transformation Delivery

Provide impactful advice to facilitate the transformation process across complex organizations, spanning all sectors in the portfolio.

Deliver credible transformational insights to the senior management team and ensure their successful implementation.

Collaborate with other senior operating partners and executive-level professionals to identify and implement growth and transformation initiatives within the existing portfolio.

This firm has a broad investment scope and offers opportunities to work with a range of high-profile organizations. It deploys significant capital and manages a vigorous deal flow, providing a chance to drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses.

Who we are looking for

Candidates should have experience in delivering transformation within international corporations. This experience could be gained either from a top-tier consultancy advising such corporations or from within the corporate sector as a senior operational or transformational executive.

Significant operational experience in providing transformational support to businesses across sectors.

Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence CEOs.

Credibility with portfolio companies' C-suite executives, taking accountability for results with sound judgment, credibility, and humility.

Willingness and ability to be based full-time in Riyadh.
