• Off-plan leads with top 4 developers, ensuring consistent high-quality opportunities

• Full-time admin support for contracts (A2A), documentation, and paperwork handling
• 24/7 mentorship from experienced managers to guide you through deals and negotiations
• Legal & market training to educate new agents on contracts, property trends, and client interactions

• Professional filming, editing, and photography for property listings, open houses, and events
• Social media content scheduling and strategy to enhance personal branding and engagement

• One-on-one shadowing and training with senior managers for viewings and client meetings
• Quarterly performance-based bonuses and annual awards for top performers

Success at Monarch Hill requires dedication, professionalism, and a proactive mindset. Our agents are expected to meet the following criteria:

• Must own a laptop for property searches, emails, and client communications
• Must have a car for property viewings and client meetings
• Must have a valid UAE visa

• Must be highly motivated and hungry for success
• Must demonstrate punctuality and reliability
• Dress in formal/business attire at all times to maintain a professional image
• Always be proactive and take initiative—waiting around is not an option
