The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for delivering intensive, goal-oriented rehabilitation to patients transitioning from acute care. The role involves managing post-acute cases, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based rehabilitation protocols. The physiotherapist will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimize functional recovery, ensure continuity of care, and support safe discharge planning. Experience in structured rehabilitation programs, outcome measurement, and managing complex functional impairments is essential.
