A leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is looking for a dedicated Neuro Physiologist to perform neurophysiological tests and support physicians in patient care. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree, possess experience with pediatric patients, and be skilled in diagnostic techniques. Preference will be given to applicants with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Neurophysiology, Clinical Neurophysiology, or related field.
  • Valid UAE healthcare professional license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant clinical experience, including pediatric patient exposure preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of neurological anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct neurophysiological tests such as EEG, EMG, nerve conduction studies.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Monitor and record neurological activity accurately using specialized equipment.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Neuro Physiologist to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. This position is within one of the UAE’s largest government-affiliated healthcare networks, known for delivering exceptional patient care and operating state-of-the-art medical facilities. The Neuro Physiologist will be responsible for conducting specialized neurological assessments and diagnostic procedures, assisting physicians in diagnosing and managing neurological conditions. Experience with pediatric patients is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct neurophysiological tests such as EEG, EMG, nerve conduction studies, and evoked potentials.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain the tests, and ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Monitor and record neurological activity accurately using specialized equipment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to interpret results and provide input for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Maintain and calibrate neurophysiology equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Stay updated on advancements in neurophysiology testing and best practices.
