- Guarantee guests are personally greeted by name, if known, and escorted to their room to make them feel expected and welcomed.
- Refine accounts from check-in to check-out, guaranteeing accurate postings of all subordinate fees using digital Front Office systems.
- Conduct in-room and in-hotel familiarization, and assist guests with hotel activity queries/requests.
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction through customized service from arrival to departure.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel details and local solutions, including operating hours, promotions, events, destinations and any allied information to respond to guest questions.
- Properly carry out Front Desk cashiering standards and follow all set systems, policies and procedures.
