Job Description
  • Design and implement targeted marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the travel and tourism market, including seasonal promotions, destination highlights, and package offers.
  • Manage the marketing budget, including vendor and agency contracts, to ensure effective allocation of resources and ROI optimization.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team of 8, covering digital marketing, design, and support roles.
  • Drive digital marketing efforts using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and CRM tools to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and enhance customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
  • Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end content creation, digital ads, events, and PR initiatives with a focus on travel products and services.
Qualifications
  • Open to Arabic nationalities, 28-35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field; Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality with proven experience in managing marketing teams and budgets.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, CRM platforms with strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics.
