The Role

We're working with a fast-growing AI & robotics business that’s looking to hire a Marketing & Events Manager to elevate its global brand presence, both online and on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at international exhibitions, loves building brand visibility through experiences, and is confident being the face of a business in the market.

The core objective of this position is to significantly grow the company’s physical and digital footprint, ensuring strong brand visibility with prospective customers, partners, and investors across key global regions.

You’ll own global event strategy, manage day‑to‑day marketing activity, and play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of international exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Manage logistics, freight, hardware shipping, and on‑site setup.
  • Ensure premium booth design and standout brand experiences.
  • Coordinate with event organisers across different regions (GCC, Europe, Asia).
  • Act as a brand ambassador at local industry events, innovation hubs, and networking sessions.
  • Build the local ecosystem through meetups, private demos, and curated “salon‑style” events.
  • Own and manage all social channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram).
  • Create engaging content to support brand storytelling.
  • Manage newsletters and blog updates for partners and customers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all assets (decks, brochures, event materials, digital content).
  • Support the BD team with region‑specific marketing collateral.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing and/or event management.
  • Comfortable travelling 20–30% internationally.
  • Hands‑on experience with content and design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong understanding of event logistics, including hardware shipping and technical requirements.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Outgoing and comfortable pitching products to new people.
  • Based in Dubai (or able to relocate immediately) with knowledge of the local business landscape.
