Job Purpose

ADNOC Gas is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager LNG to lead and drive our liquefied natural gas (LNG) sales operations. This pivotal role demands a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing client relationships, optimizing commercial opportunities, and executing sales strategies to support ADNOC Gas’s objectives during a dynamic period of market transition.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead LNG sales activities, including origination, trading, and portfolio optimization, to achieve commercial targets.
  • Develop and implement robust sales and marketing strategies for both short-term and long-term LNG transactions.
  • Manage key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
  • Oversee account management processes to maximize value creation and retention across assigned accounts.
  • Conduct commercial analysis to identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with ADNOC Gas’s broader commercial and strategic objectives.
  • Support the ongoing transition in the marketing business model by providing insights and implementing best practices.
Minimum Qualification, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or an equivalent field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on LNG spot, short term, long term contracts, Global LNG Market Intelligence
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with proven experience in LNG sales strategy and deal execution
  • Demonstrated expertise in LNG-related sales functions, including origination, trading, and portfolio optimization.
  • Strong background in customer relations management and account management.
  • Proven ability to conduct commercial analysis and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to travel internationally, represent ADNOC GAS at conferences, and maintain client relationships across global markets
