About the Role

The Manager, Global Projects, is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering operational projects that improve efficiency, scalability, quality, and cost‑effectiveness across the organization. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other business units to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational objectives.

  • Lead operational projects focused on process optimization, cost reduction, capacity planning, and performance improvement.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with operational stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute operational initiatives.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Identify operational risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation plans.
  • Manage change control processes and ensure smooth implementation of operational changes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, including project kickoffs, status updates, and post‑implementation reviews.
  • Ensure projects comply with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document processes, workflows, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within an operations or process‑driven environment.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Experience in supplier evaluation and collaboration.
  • Mechanical understanding of parts, assemblies, and manufacturing methods preferred.
  • Possess professional working proficiency in Mandarin, as this role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in China.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
